1. Send me an email with your idea for a guest post. Use “Guest Post for SMFS from [Your Name]” as the subject. Tell me a little bit about yourself, how you got into social media or online marketing, and the premise of the post you’d like to see on SocialMediaForStudents.com. You should also include a link to your website or blog, as well as your other social media channels.
2. I will work with you to decide on the best format for your post. We can swap ideas on layout, content, etc. and I will also provide you with a “SMFS Featured Blogger” badge to use on your site.
3. Then, I’ll pitch an idea for guest post I can write for your blog. Or you can tell me your ideas as well. We will agree on deadlines and post dates for each others’ guest posts. If you have a badge you want me to post on SMFS, I’ll get that from you as well.
4. We each get to share our awesome posts with our networks! I’m a big fan of promotion through social media and will be sure to share your guest post on all of my channels.
